Tumble dryers are available in two versions: vented and condenser dryers. Since vented dryer needs to vent to the outside, it should be placed close to an outside wall. Used mainly in flats and apartments, a condenser dryer condenses the water from your clothes into a reservoir, which has to be emptied after the drying cycle has finished.
