Where are you based?

We are based in Golders Green - North West London and have been here since 1967. You are most welcome to visit us in our showroom at 1053-1055 Finchley Road where you can enjoy our friendly customer service and see the fantastic array of appliances we have on show. Oh.. One more thing our coffee tastes great too.

Will you deliver appliances into my area?

We deliver appliances all around mainland UK. Delivery is totally free for all appliance orders over £200.00. If you are outside mainland UK please call us to find out about any delivery cost applicable before purchasing. We will not process any orders outside of our delivery areas until we get your approval of any additional delivery costs, that may apply. Please note additional delivery costs only apply on orders outside mainland UK.

How long will it take to deliver my appliances?

Generally most orders will be delivered in 4-5 working days depending on the availability of stock. But to be on the safe side we also quote 7-10 working days. We simply believe that it is not nice to give our customers unrealistic delivery dates for the sake of getting the order unlike some of our competitors.

How shall I know the exact delivery date?

When we confirm the order, you will be contacted either by email or phone to discuss or notify you of a delivery date. Should the delivery date or time not be suitable we will endeavor to change it to suite you.

What is the deference in ordering online or calling up to place the order?

Technically there is no difference, placing an order online can be done both within and outside our call centre opening times. Our call centre is open Monday to Friday 9.30am-5.30pm and on Saturday between 9.30am - 1pm. Please note that our call centre will be shut on Bank Holidays as well.

Why are you not displaying the prices for certain products?

When getting the best deals for our customers we are not allowed to advertise prices of some of the manufactures online. Simply fill out this form, tell us what you are interested and we will get back to you as soon as possible with our selling prices.

How long will I have to wait to receive a reply on my email requests?

We try our best to reply each individual email request within 24 hours. However during the weekends and bank holidays this will be on the first working day after your inquiry.

Is it safe to order online?

We are partnered with Thawte to offer our customers safe and secure shopping experience. Our secure server use industry standard SSL technology with 256 bit encryption to secure your sensitive information. So you can feel at ease when you are ordering online with us.

Will there be any added charges after I place the order?

NO. Our shopping cart displays the final amount you are going to pay for your order. We will not charge anything extra. The only exception is if you are ordering outside of Mainland UK we will contact you for any delivery costs that maybe applicable. But even then we will not charge your card until we get your authorization.

What if my appliance stops working?

All the appliances we sell are covered by the standard manufacturers either 1 or 2 year warranty. (Some manufactures offer incredible 5 and even 10 years warranties). Please make sure you register with the appropriate manufacture for the warranty as soon as you accept your appliance delivery. With some manufacturers by registering your standard 1 year warranty you may also cover yourself for an extra year 2nd year Free of Charge, please enquire with us as to which manufacturers this will apply to.

Can you take away my old Appliance?

For just £10.00 at point of order you can request that we take these away and recycle them. All you'll need to do is disconnect your old equipment from your water, electrical and gas supplies before we arrive. (Please note: service not available in selected postcode areas, Northern Ireland or with certain Manufacturers).

What could I do with the packaging?

Not only do we remove all the packaging from your new appliances, but we'll take care of recycling it. We are very concerned about the environment and take recycling very serious. For more information on recycling and how to keep your environmental impact to a minimum, please visit the recycling site at www.recycle-more.co.uk.
